NOTE:
Nothing in this blog is intended to suggest that police were not justified in shooting Royce J Robertson on 02.15.21 when he pulled a BB gun on them. They probably had no idea he was carrying a non-lethal hand gun, and therefore felt lethal measures were necesarry, as anyone in their position would. The questions I have are NOT necessarily regarding what happened at that terrible moment, but what LEAD UP to it, and the aftermath. If we aren't interested in examining what factors may have caused this incident or how the public's perception may have been manipulated, we are not serious about wanting to prevent these types of events from happening again in the future or arriving at the whole truth.
QUICK RECAP:
On the morning of Monday February 15th 2021, Royce Robertson [RR] drove approximately 50 miles from his home in Joshua Tree to Indian Wells, CA. We're not sure where he was going or why. Around 7:20AM he supposedly gets into some sort of dispute with an individual. That individual claimed RR stopped his car in front of him, got out, and threatened him with a gun. According to the individual, RR told him at one point that it was just a BB gun, and attempted to show him the air canister clip. RR then took off, and the individual called 911 as he proceeded to FOLLOW RR. The individual does not tell 911 dispatch that RR may have been in possession of a non-deadly BB-gun. The individual states that 911 dispatch told him not to follow RR, yet he proceeded to anyway, seemingly without fear. A cop car then pulls RR over a few miles away into a Country Club parking lot. The 911 caller is directly behind the cop, and stays just outside the parking lot gate as another cop pulls inside. After sitting in his parked car briefly, RR then gets out and pulls the BB gun on the cops, at which point they quickly shoot him to death.
We know the name of the individual who called 911 on RR because it was released with the official investigative report. Although I believe his name was intended to be redacted completely, there are at least 3 spots in the report where it is not. At this point, we will refer to that individual as JMB, using his initials.
In previous blogs I stressed the fact that almost everything we know about what occured that morning before the cops were called relies upon the testimony of JMB, whom we knew little to nothing about up to now. But someone forwarded me a recent video which seems to feature JMB speaking incoherently. We're going to take a close look at this video as well as newly released video from the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.
If you haven't read the first 3 parts of this series, I obviously recommend doing so in order to get the full picture [or watch the video version on my Rumble page - handle: joegilmor]. For those who have read part 1-3, there is new information here provided for your consideration.
PART I: MIND CONTROL?
The above screenshot is taken from a youtube video someone forwarded to me recently. As you can see, it was uploaded on February 14th, 2023. That is just one day shy of being the exact 2 year anniversary of Royce J Robertson's death. I don't think that is a coincidence. This is the first obviouse connection being made between the video and the incident between RR and JMB on 02.15.21.
The caption directly under the video shows JMB's full name, which I have underlined in yellow. Below that in the description, Sheriff Chad Bianco's name is also underlined in yellow. Sheriff Bianco is pictured at the top of this page, in an article published back in 2021 in direct relation to the RR incident. That is the 2nd connection the video has made between itself and the incident on 02.15.21.
JMB's 911 call from 02.15.21 was partially published in a video uploaded to youtube by Riverside County Sheriff's Department on April 1, 2021. If you listen to that call and compare it to JMB's youtube video referenced above, both voices can reasonably be assumed to be coming from the same person.
"...no licence plate...black SL-63 convertable Mercedes, gentleman just stuck a gun in my face at Chase bank...it's an AMG racing model..." - 911 call
The above mentioned 911 call was published on at least 2 different youtube pages. One of these has more comments than the other. Some of the comments noted the 911 caller's peculiar knowledge of the rare Mercedes RR was driving, as if he was in the auto industry or was perhaps a mechanic or just a car buff. This is interesting considering the recent video of JMB seems to have been filmed at a car dealership. And not just any car dealership, a high end one. RR's car was a rare high end Mercedes with dealer purchase plates on it.
Although JMB speaks in a mostly incoherent fashion, he mentions cars several times. Here is the entire transcript of the short 1:22 video:
"I love you guys. We're gonna give away the cars, I'm with a real viking. I'm not reading this book. I'm not reading this book [holds up book with hand written notes in it] I only read the bible. He's got the book, he's [points finger] he is my chosen Scotch-Irish by rites of passage and blood rites. [puts hands in prayer position] R Michael and Ross...Oscar's gonna get some but he's gonna do my wishes. He's gonna be in charge of how the money gets disbursed to the Scottish Jamesons and the quails - he's 50%...Norwegian - don't worry who he is but he's a manager...and we're buying all these cars [holds up papers] and we're gonna give em to you guys. And they have my mom...and the one-eight mafia, their guy Mr Myagi and the foghorn was a lie and I keep being killed and MK-Utra'd. But I don't care I don't want anything I want every take everything I surrender [puts out hands in surrender] But we need the bad [mumbles/stutters] look at the latest military press it says racist and has Kennedy. I'm a Jr Park Ranger. K, gotta go [whisper in the background repeats, "k gotta go"] Hey, meet us here, we gotta take time who knows when but we're gonna buy all the cars. You guys all get a car. Mom, I love you. We're gonna save you, I got your note...on your home shopping and your secret address and your passport is safe with Mr Myagi and the one-eight and it's in Hawaii and we're gonna get you there through the Gambinos in Vegas. [background voice mumbling] no I didn't mean to do that [background voice mumbling]"
If you look at the youtube channel this strange clip was uploaded onto, you will find that it doesn't appear to have anything in common with the others, besides location. So what is the purpose of this? It seems to tell us in the first few words of the video's title: "Save J.M.B. from MK Ultra". Sounds like a cry for help. God knows, this person certainly needs it!
Now this phrase MK Ultra is very specific. It's not some vague reference to a person who has lost their mind. Historically, it involves some form of covert government sponsored operation in which witting or unwitting subjects are drugged, tortured, or experimented upon in order to gain control of their thinking and behavior. They are then made to do things they would not normally do in their rational thinking mind, such as commit a depraved sexual act or commit a crime like murder. But it can include anything a victim's depraved handler(s) choose really. In this way, crimes can be committed by individuals and then simply blamed on their "insanity," without any connection ever being made by the public to the evil handlers that actually ordered the crimes. MSM and social media are then programmed to discredit and shame anyone suggesting mind control as a possible factor, giving the false impression that such technology/methods do not exist. [This probably explains most of the seemingly pointless mass shootings and violent attacks we've been seeing in recent years]
Maybe you know where I am going with all of this, but let me just clarify something right now: I don't know that RR was a MK Ultra style mind control victim, nor do I claim to have proof of that possibility. But it would be naive not to at least CONSIDER it - especially now that we have the person who called the cops on him bringing it up in connection to the event!
The above images are alleged text messages RR sent the morning he died. What strikes me about them now is that there are similarities to what JMB says in his more recent, seemingly incoherent video. Let me show you what I mean by comparing quotes side by side...
JMB: I love you guys.
RR: I LOVE ALL OF YOU.
JMB: I only read the bible.
RR: The "Second Coming" that Christ referred to was the Heart Singing Again...Enjoy the Nuest Truest Testament.
JMB: I'm a USA red white blue boy.
RR: We need a blue heart emoji to make Red White and Blue hearts in Triplets
Although RR's text messages sound relatively sane when compared to JMBs video, they still sound pretty manic, to put it lightly. But the thing to remember about the human brain is that it cannot formulate words it has not heard before. In other words, if these guys had never heard of the bible or Christ, they would never make references to either - regardless of how manic or insane they might become. Their illness would not simply INVENT Christ or a thing called the Bible. The words of both individuals are the result of INPUT they have recieved. The fact that they are touching upon some of the same themes/subjects, nearly VERBATUM in some instances, suggests that they both were exposed to the same INPUT shortly before creating their respective rants. This is further suggested through the seemingly deliberate connections JMB makes in the recent video to the events of 02.15.21.
PART II: WHERE'S THE ATM FOOTAGE?

As I stated in the previous blog, Chase Bank ATM footage was not included in the official investigative report. I thought this was strange considering plenty of mostly useless footage WAS included, although 21 of the video files were actually empty/unuseable [more on that later]. The Chase Bank ATM footage is very important, because it is the only potential proof showing that JMB and RR actually had an interaction where/when JMB claimed. It would also prove whether or not RR performed a banking transaction just before the initial confrontation JMB claims occured. So I attempted another FOIA request for this footage. Here was the response I got:
"The Riverside Country Sheriff's Department has reviewed its files and determined that no records exist."
Now I don't know if this is a play on words here, because the representative did not say the video footage doesn't exist, they said "no records exist." I leave it to you to decode what that is supposed to mean. But let's review what Riverside Country Investigators said in the original report:
"On 03/03/21, approximately 1000 hours, I received the Chase Bank requested surveillance footage..." - Reporting Officer Sanchez
"On 3-17-21, Investigator Latterly picked the above disc up from the evidence room at Thermal Station and gave the disc to me. I watched the Chase Bank video surveillance…The camera angle showing the drive through ATM is the only camera that captured anything. At 51:41 minutes into the video you see the suspect and victim come to a stop off in the distance. The suspect is seen walking back to the victim vehicle and then shortly after back to his vehicle…the top is down on the suspect vehicle. The video is very grainy especially for things off in the distance. The main focus of this video is to capture the drive-up exterior ATM." - Rep Officer Moody
I mentioned the above information and the video stills to the individual at the records department. Here is what they responded back to me with:
"We have included all of the records which were retained by the Riverside County Force investigations Detail regarding the incident. Perhaps the author [of] the report where the still images were included merely took images and included [them] in their report. I would like to stress that, pursuant to SB 1421, ALL investigative material in our possession was disclosed to you."
I don't think there is any question that the Chase Bank ATM footage existed at the time the investigative report was put together. It's referred to directly in the report by 2 different officers, and video stills are included. There's only 2 reasons I can guess as to why the footage was not included in the official report. Laziness/negligence or it exposes something they would prefer remain hidden. This business regarding the bank is also related to another matter I inquired about - the location of RRs wallet at time of death.
Let me re-iterate why I am so focused upon this Chase Bank thing...the only lead we have regarding RRs reason for being in La Quinta that morning of 02.15.21 is a Desert Sun Article which stated RR's sister "received a text from him that morning advising he was heading to her home in Rancho Mirage after running an errand at the bank." RR's family stated that the Coffee shop had "accounts" down in that area, and JMB stated that when he first encountered RR it was as he entered the "last parking lot thing which is generally people coming out of Chase bank drive through." In the Riverside County Sheriff Department's video presentation, RR is depicticted as coming straight from the direction of the Chase bank ATM exit lane. An individual who claimed to be friends with RR also informed me that RR did have an account with Chase Bank.
Given the abundance of information indicating that RR may have performed a final banking transaction just prior to his altercation with JMB, this investigation could not be considered complete without confirming whether that occurred and what the details regarding the transaction were. And in order to perform a banking transaction, RR would have needed his wallet/ATM card. The wallet/card was not listed among items found at the death scene, and the vin # of his car was used to identify him. When I asked about the wallet, this is what I was told:
"The Wallet was collected by the coroner's office and released to his next of kin, this is typical protocol."
"Coroner: A coroner is a government or judicial official who is empowered to conduct or order an inquest into the manner or cause of death, and to investigate or confirm the identity of an unknown person who has been found dead within the coroner's jurisdiction." - wiki
Above is the list of items collected from RR's home when investigators went there to speak with the roomate and take pictures. There are no additional pages of items collected. As you can see, no wallet is listed among the 3 items. I included the list of items collected at the death scene in blog #3. No wallet was listed there either.
Investigators must carefully document anything they collect for purposes of their investigation, so if a wallet was found/collected it was not documented anywhere in this report. If no wallet was collected, how did it get to the coroner's office?
When I pressed further, this was the final response:
"The Riverside County Sheriff's Department has responded to these items in the previous response."
PART III: NEW FOOTAGE
In part 3 I mentioned that there were 21 video files sent to me by the Riverside County Sheriff Record's Department which were not playable. These were all videos taken at the entrance to the Desert Horizons Country Club, where the deadly encounter occurred. But there's really only 1 video here that shows anything significant. The other 20 are basically composed of one long video of cops standing around cut up into small parts. Only reason I can guess they did this was so that the one video they really didn't want to include here would be buried in the middle of 20 others so it wouldn't stand out as much?
The above still was taken from a new video I got which finally gives us some visual detail on what occured before anyone pulled in. Unfortunately, the sound was either removed or was never there to begin with.
RR drove up right at about 07:24:48 and from the moment his break lights come on to the moment he drives off is exactly 1 minute, which I actually timed with a stop-watch.
While the car is stopped, one quickly notices that the rear brake lights are flickering in a peculiar manner. I timed the blinking mode versus solid. The flickering mode lasts about 10 seconds and then the lights become solid again for 5 seconds. The lights start solid and go into flickering mode a total of 4 times exactly. Solid mode = 5 seconds x 4 = 20 seconds. Flickering mode = 10 seconds x 4 = 40 seconds. 40 + 20 = 60 seconds or 1 minute. Was this planned or did it just work out that way?
It is not "park mode" which caused RR's brake lights to flicker, as the lights flicker again when he starts moving and taps the break. I will show this in the video version.
Now I know that there are ways to customize brake lights to blink or flicker, but for starters this is most certainly illegal in California. But assuming RR had this modification done to his car anyway, the pulse is distinctly similar to the way police lights flicker. We are told the only real trouble RR ever got into was a speeding ticket or 2. Why would he install flickering lights that would probably annoy anyone behind him and grab the attention of all COPS within eyesight?
This indicates to me that RR was TRYING to be seen by cops - which directly contradicts what we were told by the gate guard and JMB [see part 3]. My question is, were these installed so RR could enjoy the rush of taunting cops to pull him over again, or were they installed in preparation for this specific incident - to make him more visible as he was speeding towards the Country Club? If you recall, RR stopped on the way to the Country Club in order to put his convertable top up, according to JMB. This was just before the cops supposedly spotted him. Was this done to make his convertable LESS identifiable, or was this done so he could signal his position with his flickering break lights?

Just as RR comes to a stop your eyes will likely hone in on his driver's side view mirror, since that is the only place we see any real movement. Supposedly, RR was telling the guard that cops are behind him and he is afraid they are going to think his gun is real and shoot him. Allegedly he shows the guard the gun while he is speaking. None of this is captured to any degree because RR's hands and face never go outside the vehicle, and there appears to be some sort of smart filter covering the driver side mirror.
We can see here very clearly that a semi transparent filter was used to obscure the rear license plate. That seems reasonable, but why would they filter the side view mirror when we already saw RRs face in the body cam footage? It's not like we don't know who it is in there. Or do we?
At 7:24:45 we can see that as RR pulls up, the gate is in its DOWN postion. I was curious when/how this gate actually opened, and we're about to find out.
Within EXACTLY 10 seconds of RR pulling up, the guard opens the gate - which you can just see in the video where the green line is. I guess that's what you do when a crazy guy rolls up to your country club gate and waves a gun around and tells you it's not real, but the cop behind him is gonna shoot because he doesn't know it's fake?
40 seconds after the guard opens the gate, RR drives in and the cop follows directly behind. JMB then pulls up immediately behind the cop and stops at the gate, not at all afraid of being shot at by the guy who just threatened him a few miles away apparently. Cop doesn't seem at all concerned that the 911 caller is just casually trailing behind him all this time, clear into the Country Club entrance.
JMB's side view mirror has also been obscured by a filter as you can see - no reflection in the mirror while the car door has a detailed reflection of surroundings.
CONCLUSIONS:
JMB's video was quite a disturbing discovery, especially given the very specific references to Mk Ultra mind control. Mostly because it supports my most extreme theories about this whole thing, which I purposefully held back a little bit in the previous blog. I think the best thing I can do with this information right now is to humbly ask my readers who have read this far to say a prayer for JMB and other victims of mind control. Do not lose faith in people, recognize that they are mostly the victims of a society run by a few evil individuals.
I still think there is more to the story with regard to the Chase Bank parking lot. From the changing story, to the lack of witnesses, to the withheld ATM footage, to the missing wallet - something smells funny there, but I feel I've hit a dead end at this point and I simply don't have the resources to find out more.
Although there's really only less than 2 minutes of new footage to work with here, RR's flashing brake lights are a curious new detail we didn't have before. I'm not sure what to make of the fact that the lights seem almost designed to catch the attention of cops, other than that's exactly what RR wanted to do. Whether that was for the thrill of it or to signal others of his location in some sort of "suicide by cop" operation I cannot be sure.
The timing of things here does continue to be a curiosity, especially RR's exact 60 second stop at the Resort's guard station, seemingly synchronized with his flashing lights, as if purposefully timed that way. From the original incident occuring on President's Day exactly in the middle of the month of February 2021, to the release of the body cam footage exactly 45 days later on April Fool's day, 2021. Now we have the JMB video released just 1 day shy of the 2nd anniversary of RR's death...it's all a little too coincidental to ignore. But that's about all I can say on the topic for now.
