In part 1 we looked at material contained within Sharon Clemon's recently published book "Forbidden Fruit...", allegedly connecting clues regarding Paul McCartney's death, locations in Seattle, and America's Pacific Northwest in general. But some of the most compelling Paul is Dead [P.I.D.] clues, according to Clemons, are found in the film version of Magical Mystery Tour, which we will examine later.
Let's talk about the Apple logo for a minute. Apple has been an innovative company in the a.i./technology industry since the 1970s, but what's the deal with the logo/name?
An early version of the Apple Computer Company's logo features a serpentine-like ribbon wrapped around a nature scene featuring Isaac Newton under a tree, about to get conked upon the head by an apple waiting to fall, initiating his mythical AHA! moment.
Ribbon/Serpent + Tree + Apple + Knowledge = Garden of Eden/Original sin metaphor. There's also the curious fact that the first Apple personal computer sold for $666.66.
Ever wonder why so many powerful people and institutions always seem obsessed with satan and blasphemy?
The Apple Computer Company logo later morphed into a multi-colored rainbow [colors deliberately altered from nature's R.O.Y.G.B.I.V. order] within an apple with a bite missing. Continuing from the original logo's metaphor, this represents the moment after Newton got conked on the head, and took a metaphorical bite [byte], as Adam ate of the FORBIDDEN FRUIT [the title of Sharon Clemon's book, btw]. It seems our Apple products are the metaphorical result of humankind's original sin, which is being fed right back to us over and over. How fun and clever!
What does any of this have to do with the Beatles? As many fans know, they were prominently using an apple logo for their Apple Corps Limited corporation well before Steve Wozniak and Steve Jobs came up with their company.
"Apple Corps Limited is a British multi-armed multimedia corporation founded in London in January 1968 by the members of the Beatles to replace their earlier company Beatles Ltd. and to form a conglomerate. Its name, pronounced "apple core", is a pun." - wiki
Oh, it's a pun alright! In "the Memoires of Billy Shears," [TMOBS] William claims that this is a pun on "A PAUL CORPS". Get it? APPLE CORPS = A PAUL CORPSE. Funny, huh? The "apple core" explanation is simply a surface layer for the band members to publicly fall back upon. As long as they infuse at least 2 plausible interpretations to EVERYTHING they do, the "less acceptable" one can always be denied publicly. There are only so many double and triple meanings we can pass off as "mere coincidence" before we are forced to acknowledge that something really odd and intentional is happening here.
Why is this Apple trademark so important that Apple Computers was willing to pay The Beatles $500 million 2007 dollars for it? Is "Paul's Corpse" the proverbial messiah of this entire blasphemic "eating of the apple" parable, running through the entertainment propaganda machine and right up into the technology we hold in our hands [Smartphones] every hour of the day?
COME TOGETHER (OVER APPLE CORPS)
Here come old flat-top, he come groovin' up slowly
He got ju-ju eyeball, he one holy roller
- Come Together, The Beatles
According to TMOBS, "old flat top" is a reference to Paul's decapitated head - taken off at some point during his sacrificial death/replacement. Instead of a head, the top of his body is FLAT. Old flat top. Get it? This is depicted in the film "Magical Mystery Tour," which we'll look at later.
"Ju-ju" eyeball is a reference to magic/voodoo, but also "Faul" [False Paul/William's] right eye, which was possibly removed in a sort of occult ritual [think: Odin losing his eye to gain knowledge]. This also gets into Bio Paul [the original Paul McCartney] and his raised right eyebrow, recalling the "Eye of Horus" to those occultists behind the Beatles.
[Bio Paul]
[William Sheppard]
The "holy roller" term is an interesting Seattle reference, which can also be found within the lyrics of a most influencial Seattle Grunge band.
Gonna turn it up inside your head
Like a holy roller
- Holy Roller, Mother Love Bone
First line references the inside of a head, echoing the head reference in the "flat top" line from "Come Together". Next we have the curious phrase "Holy Roller" again. Regarding the latter, Andrew Wood, the now deceased singer of Mother Love Bone, is said to have claimed the phrase was simply lifted from a Beatles song and he didn't know what it referred to.
[Franz Edmund Creffield in a prison photograph taken at the Oregon State Penitentiary, circa 1904.]
"Edmund Creffield...founded a movement [religious cult] in Corvallis, Oregon, that became known locally as the "Holy Rollers"...According to news reports, Creffield preached that one of his followers was destined to be the mother of the second Christ, that he needed to purify them by laying his hands on them, that they rolled while almost nude, that they practiced “free love,” and that mothers were debauched in front of their children...Creffield was murdered in Seattle by a man named George Mitchell."
I seriously doubt Andrew Wood didn't get the historical reference veiled within the term "holy roller" when he used it, given the above. In fact, he called his band "love rock" at one point - echoing somewhat the "free love" concept of the Holy Rollers.
"Apple" was the debut, and only full length studio album released by Mother Love Bone. In 1990 they were just about to embark upon a tour and most likely launch the Seattle Grunge/Alternative movement when Andrew Wood allegedly died in a King County hospital from complications stemming from an alleged drug overdose. Within about a year, the remaining members formed a band called Pearl Jam and took right off of the same platform MLB was riding, almost as if it all was planned that way.
Of note is that "In 1989, Rep. Clyde Ballard proposed a bill that would designate the apple as Washington's state fruit and require that they appear on new license plates."
Seattle is in King County. Keep the word KING in mind while reading the next section.
While we're on the topic of Seattle bands - you may have read my blog on the band Queensryche [link at bottom], where I point out the Queen/Nazi symbolism and this whole business of "building empires" and such, and the fact they were on the British label EMI - same label the Beatles were on. Well here's something else kind of interesting...
In Clemon's book she gets into the chess symbolism aspect of Paulism, which is discussed at length in TMOBS, and points out that Seattle was known as The Queen City from 1869-1982 [113 years]. Apparently, Seattle was not the only city in the US to be given such a title, but what does seem like an interesting coincidence, is that Queensryche formed in 1982, the last year Seattle was known as "The Queen City." Their first release on EMI came out in 1983, the following year. Go listen to that EP and then ask yourself, "why the hell was EMI interested in this random unknown Heavy Metal band from Seattle in 1982?"
BLUE JAY WAY
There's a fog upon L.A.
And my friends have lost their way
We'll be over soon they said
Now they've lost themselves instead
Ever wonder what the overtly creepy song "Blue Jay Way" is about? I can recall spending a whole lot of time as a kid, just listening to it and closing my eyes - wondering what the scene being put into my brain was depicting. Many Beatles fans have noted its' particularly intense theatrical quality, some even suggesting it's the "most psychedelic" song ever written. It practically pleads the listener to percieve its' deeper meaning. Maybe there is one.
"[the] Beatles arrived in L.A. early morning 8.24.66. Brian Epstein rented them a house at 7655 Curson Terrace. On the 25th they were scheduled to fly to Seattle, perform, and come back to LA the same night...Pictures were taken of them playing pool at Curson Terrace."
[Pictures taken of the Beatles playing pool at the Curson Terrace rental in Los Angeles, 1966]
George is singing about being in LA, and his friends have not returned yet. Which friends is he talking about and where did they go?
We're now going to take a look at some screenshots captured from the video, which you can find on youtube. It appears in the film "Magical Mystery Tour," which isn't very good. That is, UNTIL you watch it looking for Paul clues. That's when it gets far more interesting.
[the] Video shows a gray cougar over George’s face. The cougar is symbolic of Washington state. Washington State University = WA Cougars.
"The Beatles flew out of Hollywood on a chartered jet early in the morning and landed at Sea-Tac airport at 1:40 p.m." - the Seattle Post, August 25th, 1966
The Beatles gave a press conference upon arriving to Seattle's Edgewater Inn, then performed 2 concerts in the same day. Their limo was an hour late picking them up after the evening concert. The Police/Sheriff escorted them to Sea-Tac airport, which was to take them back to the rental house in L.A. The airport seems to be where Paul goes missing.
According to https://johnstoskopf.blogspot.com, Barry Tashian of the Remains was quoted by the Seattle Post:
"As we began to taxi, one of the engines backfired and N.D. (N.D. Smart; the drummer of the Remains) freaked out. He stood up in the aisle and demanded to be let off the plane. He said he had a fear of flying and had premonitions before and was always right. To my amazement, the pilot actually turned the plane around, returned to the hangar, and let N.D. off, along with Estelle of The Ronettes and their road manager, Joey."
Although Tashian gives some detail in this story, there seems to be much more we don't know about what occured here. For starters, where were the other Beatles? He mentions hanging out with George and smoking hash - but nothing about John and Paul. I searched for the source article, but could not very easily find it. According to Clemons, the Beatle's official position is that the plane was delayed because of a bad tire needing to be replaced. Whatever the case, they were apparently delayed for 5 hours before taking off. That's an awful long time to replace a tire!
In the video for "Blue Jay Way," we see images of balls on a pool table, recalling the pictures taken of the Beatles playing pool in their Los Angeles rental upon arriving to L.A. in 1966. George seems to now be waiting for his friends late at night to return to this same place. The reference to a game of pool suggests the 7655 Curson Terrace location and the last time they were all together there.
George appears to be sitting on the street or some type of runway, recalling the runway of the plane carrying his friends, bound for LA.
Out of nowhere, a tire rolls towards George, which he almost immediately rolls back to where it came from. This recalls the Beatles' narrative, as noted by Sharon Clemons. This narrative states that the reason for the plane's questionable 5 hour delay on the runway in taking the Beatles back to LA was due to a bad tire that needed replacing. It seems George's rolling back of the wheel from wence it came indicates his rejection of the "tire repair" explanation. He's basically saying symbolically, "no, that's not what happened", as I translate it.
In 1966, John, Ringo, and George were married men [Paul was not]. John and Ringo also each had a child [Paul may have had an illegitimate child, but none that he acknowledged publicly at this point]. So collectively, the band members officially had 3 wives and 2 children. Now observe what is written upon the ground to George's left in the video. It says, "2 wives and a kid to support." This is an obvious clue, referencing 2 band members. Since George seems to be the one who scrawled the words in chalk upon the ground, he must be telling us that HE is 1 of the members being referenced. George was married but did not have any kids yet, so the other person with him must be either Ringo or John, but definately NOT Paul.
The "Magical Mystical Boy" image above pops up several times in the film. Notice how the head is cut off, and George's disembodied head is placed over the belly to emphesize the headless aspect of the torso.
I BURIED PAUL
At the end of the song "Strawberry Fields," it sounds like John says "I buried Paul." In the book TMOBS, William says that John was indeed recorded saying this, but was also recorded saying "cranberry sauce" faintly on top of it. This way, the band could always default to the latter explanation publicly. Again, the opportunity for plausible deniability is baked into most every clue.
I'm sorry that I doubted you, I was so unfair
You were in a car crash, and you lost your hair
You said that you would be late, about an hour or two
I said that's alright, I'm waiting here, just waiting to hear from you
-Don't Pass me By, from "The White Album"
According to TMOBS, the above lyrics are about Paul's death. Ringo sings the tune, and he's waiting for someone - kinda like George waiting for someone in the "Blue Jay Way" song. The line "you were in a car crash" echoes the intentionally false explanation that Paul died in a car crash [he blew his mind out in a car]. "And you lost your hair" is similar to the line in "Come Together," referencing "old flat top." It's another metaphor saying the same thing - that Paul lost his head during his death.
There are other more elaborate clues collected in Sharon Clemon's book, but between all the information above and William's claims that John and Paul were the 2 Beatles present during the Satanic Pact that was made for the Beatle's fame and fortune, it seems Ringo was the one who made it back to LA, while John was still in Seattle with Paul [and probably William]. George and Ringo were the 2 members with "2 wives and a kid to support."
Sharon Clemons suggests that the above scene has strawberry plants projected onto George's crossed arms, as if to immitate a corpse. His delicate hand movements seem intended to help show what is being projected onto them. Is this supposed to represent a corpse buried in a strawberry field?
Another aspect of the video worth considering is the symbolism behind the white cello, which seems to be "sacrificed" in the end. But I'll leave it up to you to look further into that, among the countless other clues.
[Vivian Stanshall, a.k.a. William Shepperd]
DEATH CAB FOR CUTIE
Bad girl, Cutie, what have you done, uh huh huh
(baby don't do it)
Slippin' slidin' down-a Highway 31, mm mm mm
(baby don't do it)
The traffic lights changed from green to red
They tried to stop but they both wound up dead
- Death Cab for Cutie, Bonzo Doo Dah Band
According to TMOBS, Vivian Stanshall was actually William Sheppard in disguise. This was an alleged "role" he played before replacing Paul in the Beatles. He appears in the film "Magical Mystery Tour" towards the end, singing a song which is supposedly about Paul's death - under the guise of The Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band, which Vivian Stanshall fronted.
The above screenshot was taken from an alternate edit of the "Death Cab for Cutie" video, which was tough to find - but it is out there. Clemons references this particular scene in her book, and it seems to be pretty relavant.
If we remember that William [in TMOBS] goes way into this abstract chess symbolism involving the whole Paulism thing, where he [William] is the symbolic Queen, bio Paul is the symbolic King, and William "checkmates" him - well the image above takes on a rather sinister and specific meaning.
[The semaphore shapes bear an uncanny likeness to figures drawn by Crowley in Liber O vel Manus et Sagittae.]
Clemons suggests that William is actually the guy in the black robe, checkmating Paul, who's head is disembodied [or something like that]. She suggests that the black robe is not merely symbolic of death, but is similar to those found in Crowley's Thelema religion. This seems to suggest that William may not only have taken Paul's place, but could have taken part in the ritual sacrifice itself.
["take 4." Hmmm...TAKE the 4th Beatle?]
The above image should be familiar to those who own the album "Magical Mystery Tour," as this dancing scene of the Beatles composes the back cover of the album. Notice that Paul's head seems to be right inside the inner-most "jaws" of the clapperboard, which is the thing that closes [making a "clapping sound"] starting the scene in the filming of a movie. Is this a symbolic guillotine-like representation of Paul's demise?
The "cutie" referred to in the song "Death Cab for Cutie," according to Clemons, is actually Paul - who was known as "the cute Beatle" early on in the Beatle's career. This is related to what William claims is the intentionally FALSE narrative regarding Paul's death, which apparently did NOT involve a car crash.
Slippin' slidin' down-a Highway 31, mm mm mm
(baby don't do it)
According to Clemons, Highway 31 does not exist in the UK. But there is a State HWY 31 in NE Washington, in Pend Orville County..."SR 20 can be picked up about 60 miles north of Seattle, it runs all the way across the Cascades to the little community of Tiger, where it intersects with SR 31." Let's take a closer look at Pend Orville County and note certain locations:
From Tiger to Newport used to be part of SR 31 in 1966. This may be where Death Cab is referring to. Penny Lane is near there. The indigiouness people are called the Kalispel or Pend d’oreille. Kaniksu is from the Kalispel word meaning “black robes.” Penny Lane is on the edge of Kaniksu National Forest.
TMOBS suggests “Long Windy Road” is about the old County Road 9205, a very lonely/windy road, which leads to Penny Lane, by way of Danforth Road.
Danforth leads to an even more remote road, bordering a hill, which Penny Lane goes past (Fool on the Hill?) According TMOBS, Paul’s death involved a large hill with forest around it.
[In the video for Fool on the Hill, we see Paul frolicking on a hill surrounded by forest/trees. We also see him present an apple for no apparent reason. Apple = A Paul?]
